CCEP offers an international Board of Directors and staff of professionals who possess extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of:
- provision of all aspects of social services
- program development and implementation
- management and supervision
These are the factors that will ensure CCEP’s success.
CCEP provides its participants with a safe, supportive environment staffed by a caring and competent staff. The programs are designed to enrich and remediate the identified academic and social deficits of its participants.

CCEP is a non-profit community based organization committed to helping children, ages 10-18, in Eastern Portland, Jamaica, WI, who may not otherwise have the opportunity to realize their full potential. In Eastern Portland, where prospects and resources are limited, CCEP provides extensive, free services to educate children and empower and motivate them to transform their lives by providing academic achievement and self image.
The co-founders' commitment is so strong that for the past four years they have used their own resources to operate a summer program. The expansion plan for 2014 is acquisition of a building that will adequately house a year-round program.
